Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was an experience I won't forget. The rooms were basic, but into your room, which we loved, they were very clean and comfortable. However, there was a surprisingly obligation to pay a deposit of US $150 at check-in for some of the room equipment, which was a bit unexpected. The service was polite but not proactive, and we were disappointed about not getting the promised ocean view due to obstructed windows. The location, though, was outstanding, right on the best beach of Playa Norte, making it perfect for sunrise views. The dining experience was simple, with just toast, coffee, and O-jay available nearby. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives encountered during my stay here.
The hotel's rooms, though not extravagant, provided a comfortable stay for three nights. The location was great, just a short walk to the main area of restaurants and shops, right on the beach. The dining experience was average with a voucher for a nearby beach restaurant. The service was friendly and considerate, away from the crazy hustle of downtown.
The hotel's location was perfect, right off the beach, but the seaweed was a bit of a downside. The service was lacking with additional charges for simple amenities, no pool, and a lack of English-speaking staff. The dining options were limited and required a walk to another beach. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's proximity to an amazing beach and the tour boats for snorkeling added some excitement to the stay.
